Photo Caption for Windows Phone 7

Photo Caption allows you to alter images by adding text, speech bubbles, thought bubbles, and creating outlined posters. A full range of fonts and settings are available to allow you to add your caption with the exact look you want. The text added can be rotated and resized to make sure everything fits properly. Images may be edited in portrait or landscape mode. Multi-touch support allows images to be zoomed and text captions to be rotated.

Photo Caption also includes image tools that allow you to Rotate, Crop, and apply color filters such as Sepia, Negative, and Grayscale.
